Daryl Upsall has a 42-year international career in fundraising and advocacy for non-profits and social causes. He is President of Upsall International, the global fundraising consulting and recruitment agency. He is known for his leadership and innovation, pioneering digital fundraising and co-creator of face-to-face fundraising with Greenpeace International in the 1990s.
Daryl provides strategic advice and mentoring to Board Chairs and CEOs of national and international NGOs. He has served on the Board and as Vice-Chair of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) in the USA and currently serves on the Board of the Irish Emergency Alliance.
As a member of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Fundraising since 1987, Daryl was made a Fellow in 2010 in recognition of his exceptional contribution to the fundraising profession. Daryl has spoken at countless conferences in 35 countries and continues to write impactful articles to serve the sector. He is based in Madrid, Spain.
