This Privacy Policy applies to the website of the conference Every Fundraiser Matters, available at fundraising.hr, organised by the conference organiser SOS Children’s Villages Croatia and Yellow Dot Foundation (hereinafter: the Organiser).

The Organiser respects the privacy of website users and processes personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Through the fundraising.hr website, we collect only the following personal data:
first and last name
e-mail address
fundraising story content voluntarily shared by the user
The data is collected via a single online form and is used solely for communication related to the conference and sharing fundraising stories.
3. Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed based on the user’s consent, given by submitting the form.
4. Conference ticket purchase and third-party data processing
Conference ticket purchases are not processed on the fundraising.hr website.
The sale and payment process is handled by PENTA d.o.o., travel agency from Zagreb, an external agency responsible for ticket sales and payment processing.
