Katerina Ilievska is a Communications Advisor who has worked with SOS Children’s Villages since 2001, telling stories about children and adults through both words and images. For many years, she also worked as a correspondent for SOS Children’s Villages, documenting everyday life, challenges and achievements across almost every programme in Eastern Europe.
Her photography is known for its warmth and authenticity, capturing intimate, human moments that reveal both emotion and context. Katerina’s work has supported countless campaigns and stories, and she enjoys collaborating with other creators, sharing her field experience to help bring real-life narratives to life in an impactful way.
Katerina is from Skopje, North Macedonia, where she is also based.
