Filipa Morais is a global fundraising leader and Senior Global Fundraising Advisor at SOS Children’s Villages International, with more than 13 years of experience in Individual Giving, donor acquisition, and fundraising growth. She contributes to the growth and sustainability of over €300 million in annual Individual Giving income across more than 100 countries through global capacity-building initiatives, cross-market collaboration, and strategic support to selected markets.
Previously, Filipa served as Director of Fundraising & Communications and Interim National Director at SOS Children’s Villages Portugal, where she helped drive a more than 500% increase in Individual Giving income over a five-year period. She also served as President (Chair) of Amnesty International Portugal.
A regular international speaker and trainer, she is passionate about helping organisations achieve sustainable growth through leadership, innovation, and the development of high-performing fundraising teams.
