Eduard has been working in the nonprofit sector since 1997 and has extensive experience implementing numerous consulting and training projects both domestically and abroad.
As a consultant, he focuses on fundraising, financing for NGOs and leadership development.
He has provided fundraising consulting to several organizations and has worked on various analytical studies in the Central European region.
Since February 2018, he has led individual fundraising at the oldest anti-corruption watchdog in the country Transparency International Slovakia.
He heads the Slovak Fundraising Centre and served as president of the European Fundraising Association from 2019 to 2021. Since 2025, he has served as the association’s executive director.
